Sandy heads NAVTEQ Media Solutions for Asia Pacific and Middle East, driving business development opportunities across the region.  NAVTEQ Media combines the reach of Nokia’s mobile advertising network with location targeting ability, improving relevance and likelihood of consumer action.

Sandy enables revenue growth through marketing services and leading partnerships with publishers and Telcos.  He also drives mobile strategies for numerous media brands. With his  strong background in business development for telecommunications and media, Sandy was voted to the Global Top Mobithinkers List in 2009. He served as Chair of the MMA Asia Pacific in 2007 and currently serves on the MMA APAC board as Chairman Emeritus.

Sandy joined NAVTEQ Media in December 2009, when the location solutions provider was merged by Nokia. Prior to that, Sandy headed Nokia Interactive when mobile advertising leader Enpocket was acquired by Nokia in October 2007. Sandy was managing director at Enpocket for the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Sandy held senior management positions at Star TV (Newscorp), ESPN and Discovery Channel.
