Andrew Osmak, Vice President, Mobile Ventures, LavaLife
Andrew joined Lavalife in January 2003 with a mandate to leverage existing assets into new businesses. In this role Andrew launched Lavalife’s Mobile business now in its 3rd year of operations. As VP Mobile Ventures he’s responsible for the general management of the unit including partnerships, marketing, technology and production.
Before joining Lavalife Andrew worked with several venture funded internet start-ups in the Bay Area where his duties included planning, securing funding, early revenue generation and exits. Andrew originally came from the financial services industry with experience in both retail banking and institutional equity sales.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada.
