Richard Fraser leads Business Strategy & Development for Alcatel-Lucent’s Advertising Solutions Group, based in Antwerp, Belgium.
A New Zealander, his experience includes 7 years in the advertising industry in London with OgilvyOne & Ogilvy Interactive, focussed on multi-channel and digital advertising practices for Ogilvy’s global clients and brands.
After some time developing online content propositions for BT Retail, Richard joined Alcatel-Lucent, motivated by their vision that technology would play an increasingly vital role in the efficient distribution of advertising media, premium content, interactivity and personalisation of content to consumers and end users.
Richard’s responsibility is in developing the solution strategy and value proposition for Alcatel-Lucent’s personalised and interactive advertising solutions – which include mobile, online and TV based advertising media capabilities - but with a particular focus today on the distribution of advertising content via mobile networks to improve effectiveness of mobile advertising for the brand, the consumer and the mobile network operators.
Richard holds a Masters Dip in the Economics (E-Commerce) from University of London as well as degrees in Psychology and Commerce.
